Production - Embroidery and Heat Press Operator We are a family owned workwear and safety business that has been operating since 2008 with three store locations and 18 staff on the Gold Coast. Our team is warm and friendly and we offer comfortable air‑conditioned work place conditions. We are seeking an individual for our back office production team (embroidery, printing and warehouse). The right candidate will be reliable, have industry experience, excellent attention to detail, be a team player, have a positive attitude, be keen to learn and be able to consistently work at a pace to keep up with the daily workload. On the job training is provided. This is a physical role so a reasonable level of fitness is required. Experience with branding; embroidery/sewing/textiles/printing is necessary. Basic computer skills an advantage. Full Time hours are available, BUT "Flexible Hours" are also an option for the right candidate. Daily Tasks: Checking and unpacking orders prior to branding Operating the Baruden embroidery machine – checking the logo plot sheet to the job; framing garments; loading the logo file; loading the threads Communicating decoration queries with relevant staff Trimming, quality checking, folding, packing orders to customer(s) requirements Quality control – checking and folding/packing garments ready for invoicing Logo Set Up and approval of new decoration Operating the heat press – mock up proofing and logo printing garments Maintenance – regular cleaning and maintaining of the equipment in the embroidery and printing departments Reporting all machinery issues to department leader Providing relief and assuming extra duties as required when other team members are absent or when workload requires #J-18808-Ljbffr
