As our Senior Project Manager , reporting to the Program Manager Transformation or Contingent Senior Program Manager , you will lead the delivery of complex projects within the Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with The Star’s strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will provide expert project management leadership, manage risks and issues, and deliver projects to the highest standard of quality, within scope, time, and budget constraints. A few of your responsibilities: Plan and manage projects in alignment with the Project Delivery Methodology, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Manage risks and issues effectively to ensure successful project outcomes. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance project delivery. Prepare and present project status reports and financial summaries for steering committees and executives. Ensure all administration and compliance requirements are met, including project closure activities. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in project management, business, commerce, technology, or equivalent experience. Industry certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, or PMBoK. Verifiable project management experience with a strong track record of delivery. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Highly self‑motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail. About you: You are an experienced senior project manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple complex projects concurrently. You bring a collaborative approach to problem‑solving and have the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our transformation initiatives, ensuring projects deliver value and align with The Star’s strategic vision.
