Reporting tothe Head of Knowledge you will work in our highly regardedKnowledge team to provide professional support to all lawyers andpartners within the national Commercial practice focusing on theCorporate & Commercial Banking & Financial Services andTax sections. Youll also work closely with our ClientSolutions Information Technology Business Development andLearning & Development teams. You will beresponsible for : working with the Head of Knowledge and section leaders to develop and implement the precedents and projects plan for the national Commercial practice groups ; facilitating development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements; drafting and maintaining precedents; being a champion for style guide compliance; working cross functionally to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms; conducting file audits in conjunction with the Risk team; writing key matter summaries for business development; maintaining awareness of legislative and case law changes and providing regular updates to the Commercial practice groups; preparing and delivering legal educational training; and delivering style precedents and writing training to the firm. Aboutyou You willideally have the following skills and experience : a minimum of four years of post-admission experience in Corporate and Commercial law; a specific and strong interest in knowledge sharing precedent development and style compliance; advanced document drafting and contract review skills; excellent attention to detail; the ability to prioritise and project manage autonomously; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and a keen interest and experience in delivering training.
