The Role We’re looking for a Content Marketer who can turn complex clinical and technical ideas into clear, compelling stories and deliver them quickly. This is a role for someone who enjoys shipping high‑quality content daily, not weekly. Why this role matters We’re scaling quickly with new features and clinical disciplines. We need a content engine that keeps up. Your work will power Demand generation Product and clinical education Sales enablement Thought leadership Founder and executive visibility What you’ll do Produce high‑volume, high‑quality content across channels (daily output, not weekly). Create clear, credible narratives at the intersection of AI, diagnostics and clinical practice. Write and edit blogs, case studies, product explainers, landing pages, whitepapers, social content, newsletters and email sequences. Build repeatable content formats, scalable workflows and reliable publishing cadences. Work closely with GTM, Product, Clinical and Leadership to turn complex ideas into simple stories. Own our editorial voice and maintain consistency across every channel. Support campaigns, launches, experiments and thought leadership initiatives. Review performance analytics and tune the narrative based on signal. Ensure every piece is accurate, medically credible and aligned with our mission. Experience we’re looking for Minimum 3‑5 years in a similar role. Experience in content, editorial, technical writing or marketing – ideally in health, AI, diagnostics, biotech or adjacent fields. Proven track record of high‑velocity, high‑signal output. Strong grasp of narrative structure for both long‑form and short‑form content. Ability to translate clinical or technical material into accessible content. Familiarity with SEO, distribution and analytics (advantage, not essential). A portfolio that demonstrates pace, clarity and taste. What you’ll work on in the first 90 days Build Lyrebird’s content engine: formats, cadences and workflows. Ship a high‑velocity content stream across core channels. Produce materials for clinicians, partners and product launches. Elevate the quality and consistency of our narrative across the business. Support GTM, sales and exec communications with fast, high‑signal content. What great looks like Speed: turn a concept into a publish‑ready draft the same day. Volume: consistently produce more than expected. Narrative strength: explain complex health‑tech concepts clearly. Signal: writing feels confident, sharp and authoritative. Curiosity: enjoy learning from clinicians, data scientists and researchers. Independence: low‑ego, high‑ownership, decisive. Taste: know what good looks like — structurally, linguistically, visually.
