Customer Service Event Staff – Greater Sydney Area Australian Concert & Entertainment Security – Sydney CBD NSW Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated casual customer service staff (event staff) to work at events held at various venues and events throughout the Greater Sydney area. We are seeking staff with exceptional customer service skills for ushering, ticketing, sales, corporate, bar service and car park roles. Multiple roles are available commencing on Saturday 13th December with ongoing opportunities available in our growing team throughout the Summer and 2026 events season. As a partner to a diverse range of venues, we offer shifts at concerts, theatre, sporting and mass participation events. Event Force have roles available at venues in the following locations around Greater Sydney: Sydney Olympic Park Rooty Hill Moore Park We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. You must be available to commence on Saturday 13th December. Regular work opportunities may be available consistently with our permanent venue partners during the coming events season. Applicants with similar experience providing customer service at events are strongly encouraged to highlight this in their application, including noting previous venues where they have worked. You will be: Ushering Scanning tickets Managing car park access Greeting corporate guests What you need: Responsible Service of Alcohol (highly desirable) or willingness to obtain Similar event experience (highly regarded) Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail Exceptional personal presentation The ability to follow procedures Great service with a smile Appropriate work rights in Australia Why work with Event Force?
