Customer Service Staff As the staffing partner to the leading ticketing company in Australia, McArthur is fortunate to have exceptional people across the country working at events, from footy to cricket, soccer to rugby, Taylor Swift to Iron Maiden. Responsibilities Sell tickets at events Scan and usher patrons to their seats Provide event information to guests Qualifications Brilliant face-to-face customer service skills Exceptional presentation Ability to thrive on the excitement and atmosphere of events Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including 9am on weekdays if required Compensation & Schedule Hourly rate $32.88 per hour Mon - Sat (+super), $59.18 per hour Sunday/Public Holidays (+super). Shifts are minimum 3 hours, but may be up to 8 hours during larger events. Work schedule typically 4pm Mon‑Fri, with full availability from 6am‑midnight on some weekends, and occasional requirements from 9am on weekdays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
