The Administrator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities’ KPIs. Key Responsibilities Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone Manages confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles & towing requests Communicates updates with customers & insurance claims personnel as required Manages all towing arrangements and costing against the Repair Order as required Ensures all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers Reconciles each Repair Order prior to closing Monitors and manages Store’s Accounts Receivable Actively applies new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS Minimum Education & Experience High school Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar customer service role Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing Has an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast‑paced environment Other Requirements Valid driver’s licence required Compensation Hourly; $20 - $24 per hour.
