Earn a Nationally Recognised Qualification – Complete a Cert III in Process Plant Operations over a 2-year fixed-term traineeship. Benefit from a lifestyle roster (12-hour day & night shifts). What You’ll Do As a Process Operator Trainee, you’ll receive training and mentoring from industry professionals while learning to: Operate and control plant equipment safely. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment isolations. Use basic hand tools for essential tasks. Perform daily Housekeeping & Tasks. Assist with emergency breakdowns and process improvements. Develop computer skills for operational tracking. Maintain high safety, environmental, and workplace standards. About You – What We’re Looking For We’re looking for motivated team players who are ready to take on a role in a dynamic industrial environment.
