Opportunity Program, monitor and control all aspects of individual insurance repair jobs to achieve a quality claim and repair outcome for the benefit of all stakeholders. Main duties and responsibilities Liaise with insurance clients, homeowner customers, adjusters and trades people to ensure a quality repair outcome. Schedule appointments and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors and technicians. Manage project budgets, including allocation of work orders to subcontractors. Ensure KPIs met around customer satisfaction, timeliness of repairs, quality of repairs, submission of reports and invoices. Preparation of project documentation. Liaise with Project Manager daily. Complete client communications on all projects weekly. Complete customer communications weekly on all projects. Respond to project stakeholders are to assist the team with the project management. Preparation of Invoicing and collation of handover documents including all required compliance certificates.
