Restoration Technician – VIC AllAces Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our VIC team. We deliver high‑quality restoration and remediation services, including water, fire, mould, odour and biohazard projects. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, reliable and eager to develop into a future Lead Technician. About the Role As a Restoration Technician, you will support and complete restoration jobs to a high standard. You will work closely with senior and lead technicians, learning advanced restoration processes and gaining the experience required to progress into a Lead Technician role over time. Key Responsibilities Carry out hands‑on restoration work across water, fire, mould, odour and biohazard jobs Assist with site assessments, inspections and moisture readings Follow all WHS and environmental compliance requirements Complete job documentation and communicate progress to supervisors Maintain equipment, tools and vehicles in good working condition Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values Participate in the on‑call roster for after‑hours emergency work Future Growth We are committed to developing the right person into a Lead Technician.
