Workshop Controller

Our Ringwood site is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Service team. At our Ringwood site we service & maintain Volkswagen, Omoda Jaecoo and Farizon. This role evolves working closely with both the Service, Workshop teams, you will be responsible for ensuring all service and repair work is completed in a timely manner. This role ensures our team is able to deliver a high quality output at a standard that not only meets but exceeds our customers’ expectations. The successful applicant will have prior knowledge and experience as either a technician or an experienced service advisor coupled with a passion for customer excellence and team culture. In return, you will have the support of an experienced team as well as excellent staff and customer facilities and the latest in factory training and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity with a premium product. About the role Manage daily workflow by prioritising repair orders for timely and accurate completion. Strive for fixed right first time workshop culture Manage our team to ensure productivity and efficiency target are met. Support our Service Advisors with strong communication & assisting with technical explanation. Ensure warranty and compliance standards are met. Lead and manage a well organised, clean & safe workshop The successful applicant will have Relevant prior experience Organised with great time management Ability to take direction from the Service Manager and work in a team environment A commitment to customer satisfaction Unrestricted current driver's licence is essential as road testing completed service vehicle's forms part of this role.
