This is a permanent full‑time position commencing Term 1, ****. Kent Street SHS, located within 5 kilometres of the Perth CBD, is a proud Independent Public School that values Respect, Resilience and Responsibility. Role Overview Provide high‑level support to the Manager Corporate Services and Administration Team in coordinating human resource activities and operations for the school. Responsibilities Ensure all processes comply with legislation, Department policy and procedures. Advise and inform staff on HR matters, coordinate leave, relief staff arrangements and payroll processing. Prepare mandatory and periodic reporting, monitor staffing allocations, budgets and leave management in the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). Coordinate recruitment, selection and appointment processes, including managing the Recruitment and Advertising Management System (RAMS). Maintain sound written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and liaise with individuals at all levels. Apply knowledge and skills in human resource management, research, planning and recruitment practices. Demonstrated well‑developed computer skills, including the ability to create spreadsheets, manipulate databases, extract reports and operate corporate systems. Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to implement appropriate resolution strategies.
