About the Role We’re looking for receptionist extraordinaires who share our passion for delivering 10/10 customer service every day. You’ll be the smiley face that pets and pet owners love seeing, and the friendly voice that welcomes phone enquiries. You’ll help keep our days running smoothly and ensure every visit feels positive and personal. Our ideal candidate is a people person with excellent communication skills, superb organisational abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Your Key Responsibilities Being the face of our clinic and greeting pet owners and their pets with genuine warmth (both in person and over the phone) Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar with precision and attention to detail. Assist clients with enquiries, addressing concerns, and explaining our services clearly Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records Working closely with our vet and nurse team to keep the day flowing smoothly and efficiently Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and stock control Identify and manage process improvements to continually enhance our client experience Help make every interaction with our clinic a great experience What You’ll Bring A love for both animals and people Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A natural ability to make others feel welcome and valued Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment Proficiency in computer skills and experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software) Ready to Join Our Pack?
