Psychology Clinic Receptionist: Be the Heart of Practice Receptionist - Patient Care Team – Be the Heart of Our Psychology Practice ANIMA Health Network | West Leederville, WA Casual (with a view for permanent) | 2–3 days per week | On-site | Immediate Start About Us At ANIMA Health Network , we're more than a clinical psychology and neuropsychology practice—we're a supportive, values‑driven team that believes in connection, balance, and growth. Based in West Leederville, we're known for our warm culture, meaningful work, and yes, our beloved therapy dog, Hachi . The Role We're looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our growing Patient Care Team . This is initially a casual (ongoing), on‑site role (initially 2–3 days/week) with flexibility to cover leave and potential to grow into a permanent position . Responsibilities Scheduling and managing appointments Handling phone, email, and in‑person enquiries Triaging referrals and supporting our clinical team Managing Medicare billing and patient records Creating a welcoming, professional front‑of‑house experience What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is experienced in mental health settings, organised, and genuinely cares about people. Essential Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, adaptive setting. Minimum of 2+ years of medical reception or healthcare admin experience is required. Strong understanding of Medicare billing processes and procedures. Experience with practice management software is required (Halaxy preferred), with the ability to adapt to different systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised and detail‑oriented. Bonus Points Experience with Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
