We are now seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly, purpose‑driven team. About the Role As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will support clients, clinicians and day‑to‑day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding client service with warmth and professionalism Manage appointments, clinician schedules and clinic flow Handle payments, invoicing and Medicare billing Coordinate referrals and client enquiries Lead and mentor admin team members Ensure compliance, confidentiality and seamless communication About You You are organised, compassionate and confident – someone who keeps calm under pressure and supports a positive team culture. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years’ admin experience in medical or allied health (mental health highly regarded) Knowledge of Medicare billing and practice systems (Coreplus experience a plus) Operational & Strategic Leadership Financial & Business Management People & Culture Leadership Clinician & Client Support Health & Safety Compliance Satisfactory criminal history check Australian work rights required Minimum 2+ years of leadership or mentoring experience within admin teams First Aid Training course required Why Join CHP?
