As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a three-chair dental practice. You will contribute to a high level patient care, particularly for dental implants, IV sedation, and complex cosmetic or restorative procedures. You will be instrumental in the continued growth of the clinic through the delivery of marketing initiatives and the continued integration of our brand into the local community. Above all else, you will possess exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams. Building strong relationships with all Practice Clinicians and employees. Leading, managing, and providing expert advice and constructive guidance to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence, including cost discussions and follow-ups Manage complex or multi-phase cases with professionalism and precision Serve as the key contact between patients and clinicians to ensure a seamless treatment experience Support the business by improving patient workflows and increasing treatment conversions Mentor junior team members and help build a scalable coordination model Collaborate with management on strategy, KPIs, and growth initiatives You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have: 3+ years' experience in a Treatment Coordinator or similar role In-depth understanding of dental treatments — especially implants, cosmetic, and sedation procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to guide sensitive financial discussions A results-oriented mindset with a solid grasp of KPIs, conversions, and business metrics The drive to mentor, lead, and grow within a business-focused clinical environment Familiarity with Dental4Windows or similar practice management software What We Offer at eDental Karrinyup Strategic Career Progression – clear growth opportunities with an ambitious and growing team Supportive Team Culture – work with experienced clinicians and a dedicated management team Autonomy & Ownership – run your role with independence and influence Continuous Learning – access to advanced training and mentorship Flexible Work Environment – full-time role with flexible working hours About the Practice: E Dental Karrinyup is a private practice located in the wellness precinct of the Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Our practice is brand new and offers the latest in Digital Dentistry with technology including; 3D x-ray imaging, 3D digital scanners, laser, and digital design techniques incorporating milling and 3D printing & fully digital with D4W, digital x-ray, 3D Scanner and CBCT/OPG on site and HiCAPS facilities available. We offer a variety of preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry within the clinic.
