The Opportunity The growth of our fast-paced, modern practice has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager with strong operational and leadership skills. This role supports the overall practice and team by driving workflow efficiency, maintaining structure and systems, and ensuring seamless daily operations. While you’ll work closely with the clinical and front-office teams, this position is not a hands-on receptionist or dental assistant role. You may, however, be required to support the reception or front-desk team from time to time. For example, by assisting with coordination or patient flow, to ensure smooth operations during busy periods or staff absences. Your focus remains on managing people, processes, and performance to support exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Overseeing daily operations of a surgical implant-focused practice Staff management, training, and motivation HR, recruitment, and rostering Procurement, inventory, and supplier management Planning and scheduling across surgical and restorative workflows Developing and refining operational processes and systems Monitoring and improving team performance and efficiency Supporting the leadership team in achieving growth and service excellence goals About You This role will suit a professional who is: An experienced, thoughtful, operations focused practice manager Confident managing the operational needs of a fast-paced, growing surgical practice A strong communicator who can engage and support a high-performing team Skilled in streamlining processes, improving workflow, and ensuring accountability Experienced with Dental4Windows (D4W) highly regarded Motivated to contribute ideas that enhance team performance and patient experience Our supportive and collaborative environment offers you the opportunity to apply your operational leadership skills in a forward-thinking practice that is at the forefront of AOX implant dentistry.
