A respected independent ELC to Year 12 school in Melbourne's south east is seeking an organised, warm and proactive Admissions Officer to join their small, friendly team. About the role You'll support the full enrolments and admissions cycle from ELC to Year 12, ensuring every family has a smooth transition from enquiry to first day. Your responsibilities will include: Managing enquiries, applications and documentation with accuracy and care Maintaining student data and records, including Compass and other CRM systems Liaising with staff across multiple teams to coordinate new student arrivals Supporting events such as tours, open days, scholarship testing and transition programs Assisting with international student processes including compliance and short-stay programs Handling confidential information with diplomacy and professionalism What you'll bring Experience in a school environment is highly regarded Strong data management and administrative skills High level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Compass ideal) Warm, confident communication and the ability to build positive relationships A steady and organised approach when juggling competing priorities A commitment to child safety and the values of the school Availability between 12 January and 20 February is essential Ability to show initiative, problem solve and support a busy admissions workflow If you enjoy connecting with families, keeping systems running smoothly and working in a fast-paced but supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
