We are home to some of Australia’s most iconic brands including Keens, Aeroplane Jelly and Gourmet Garden and we are proud to be The Future of Flavor Position Overview As our Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing, supporting, coordinating and driving our SHE programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will lead initiatives to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization amongst 2 industrial sites. Key Responsibilities Assist in development and implementation of the SHE policies and procedures. Provide day-to-day SHE guidance and support Generate reports on trends and outcomes, and support the SHE Manager in key projects Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards. Provide training and guidance to employees on SHE matters. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate will be passionate about safety, health, and environmental excellence and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will be a confident communicator who brings a balanced mix of technical knowledge and people skills. Whether you have just started out in your first role or looking to develop your career in the FMCG space and work with an experienced Manager who will guide and coach you, look no further This role is hands-on and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by embedding a strong safety culture. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or food production industry. In-depth knowledge of SHE regulations and best practices. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with SHE management systems and Power BI data reporting. Full driver’s license.
