Job Description Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you Our OSHC service Canning Vale OSHClub is looking for a dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children, particularly those who have additional needs or a disability. This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 15 hours per week , with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays. You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:30am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too About the role Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years: Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite Who are we looking for? We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children What's in it for you?
