The Role We’re looking for driven Sales Representatives to join the contact centre team, handling warm leads only. In this role, you’ll: Take inbound and outbound calls with customers who have already shown interest. Provide tailored insurance solutions that meet customer needs. Build strong relationships through consultative, customer-first conversations. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to a high-performing team. Receive ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your sales and product knowledge. Who We’re Looking For Experience in sales or customer service (contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar).
