We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities Conduct market and user research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for growth. Lead design initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals. Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for delight. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs effectively. Design scalable systems that enable patient engagement and practitioner usability. Advocate for user‑centred design principles across the organisation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver high‑quality products on time. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity and feedback. Qualifications Proven experience leading end‑to‑end design processes in fast‑paced environments. Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including accessibility standards. Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate cross‑functionally. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving real‑world problems.
