Transaction Banking Manager, Major Client Group – Sydney

Together we will drive sustainable success for our regional clients You thrive on delivering exceptional solutions and insights We are specialists in Transaction Banking See yourself as part of our team This role will see you supporting our NSW Major Client Group (MCG) teams as their dedicated Transaction Banking Specialist . Primarily based in Sydney, the position supports MCG portfolios with both industry-specialised and diversified customer portfolios . You will bring specialist expertise to originate new-to-bank opportunities, and support our existing clients , with appropriate transaction banking solutions for their working capital and cash-flow management needs . You will provide fresh thinking and expertise in key critical areas of our clients’ businesses being working capital management with evolving and innovative transaction banking solutions; and industry insights to help our clients navigate changing market conditions. Do work that matters You will identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple transaction banking solutions (including Cash Management, Online Banking Platform: CommBiz, Merchant Solutions: Merchant Terminals and eCommerce, BPAY, Direct Debit, Corporate Cards and Partnerships) with all Business Banking clients with turnover greater than $150m , developing close working relationships with key clients of high complexity and your internal stakeholders, you will use your ability to understand business requirements to provide innovative transaction banking solutions. More specifically, you will Provide support, coaching and education to bankers Proactively build a pipeline of new and existing transaction banking opportunities Have a deep understanding of our transaction banking product offerings, and provide innovative solutions to clients Engage with relationship teams to review transaction banking performance and initiatives to ensure opportunities are being identified and pursued What are we looking for?
