About the Role As Director within the FSA team, you will own customer advocacy outcomes for high priority clients and lead business development to shape sector strategies in a high‑impact, client‑facing role. You will collaborate with senior leaders and specialists to deliver innovative payments and liquidity solutions and influence the future of transaction banking. 10‑month Fixed‑Term opportunity Responsibilities Execute sector business development plans to drive deposit growth and market share in payments and liquidity management. Design and deliver tailored transaction banking structures that provide financial and operational efficiencies for clients. Develop and launch sector‑aligned product initiatives supporting strategic objectives at both client and portfolio levels. Deliver actionable insights and communicate client feedback to shape continuous product improvement. Proactively manage risk and compliance, ensuring robust controls and adherence to all relevant policies. Qualifications Client‑first, team‑first mindset with an interest in the payments/fund management industry. Proven expertise in business development and direct experience in transaction banking, with deposit/balance‑sheet knowledge. Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships, resolve escalations, and drive origination to deliver financial outperformance. Agile leadership experience with a track record of driving change and securing executive sponsorship. Strong communication skills at both strategic and operational levels, influencing senior stakeholders and working closely with portfolio managers.
