Influence the future of Transaction Banking within a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Execute sector business development plans to drive deposit growth and market share in payments and liquidity management. Design and deliver tailored Transaction Banking structures that provide financial and operational efficiencies for clients. Develop and launch sector-aligned product initiatives supporting strategic objectives at both client and portfolio levels. Deliver actionable insights and communicate client feedback to shape continuous product improvement. Proactively manage risk and compliance, ensuring robust controls and adherence to all relevant policies. Qualifications A client-first, team-first mindset with an interest in the Payments / Fund management industry. Proven expertise in business development and direct experience in transaction banking, and deposit / balance sheet knowledge. Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships, resolve escalations and complex issues, and drive origination to deliver financial outperformance. Agile leadership experience, with a track record of driving change and securing executive sponsorship. Strong communication skills at both strategic and operational levels, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders as well as work closely with colleagues who manage the day-to-day portfolio.
