As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Sales Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to our trade customers, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and orders via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Identify potential upselling or cross‑selling opportunities. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, features, and benefits to assist customers effectively and make informed recommendations. Order Management: Accurately process and track customer orders, coordinating seamlessly with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery. Administrative Tasks: Complete data entry, maintain customer records, prepare sales reports, and assist with other duties as needed. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with trade customers, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized support to enhance their experience. Requirements: Previous customer service experience, ideally in a hardware/retail environment (advantageous but not essential). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively and provide clear information. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with computer systems. Customer‑centric mindset, adaptable to various customer situations and needs. Proactive and self‑motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
