Market‑leading salary: Starting at $91,000 p/a, increasing to $103,000 p/a. $3,000 PD budget + 2 days paid PD leave annually. Client‑free Friday afternoons for PD, admin, and team time. On‑site supervision & support: real‑time guidance from experienced SPs. Your own clinic room – fully furnished and never shared. Capped caseloads with built‑in daily admin time. Tailored Support – No Matter Your Experience New Graduate & Early Career SPs: Feb Intake Structured Grad Program Drop‑in sessions with experienced SPs Experienced SPs: Flexible supervision models (1:1 or peer) Opportunities to supervise, lead, or diversify your clinical portfolio About SRSP Sounds Right Speech Pathology is a well‑established paediatric clinic with two purpose‑built clinics in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. We deliver evidence‑based intervention to children and families through 1:1 clinic sessions, Telehealth, AHA programs, off‑site visits (schools, kinders), and groups (including Hanen More Than Words). Our team of 15 SPs supports a wide variety of diagnoses and neurotypes, and works closely with local schools and services. About the Roles Location: On‑site at Bundoora or Greensborough clinic Client base: Mixed private and NDIS Clinical areas: Speech, language, early intervention, phonology, pragmatics, literacy, AAC Settings: Clinics, schools, kinders (no home visits for safety reasons) Caseload: Diverse and neuro‑affirming Requirements Speech Pathology degree Current Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa) Driver’s licence + car National Police Check Working with Children Check SPA membership Professional Indemnity Insurance New grads will be supported to complete all registration requirements.
