ARA Technologies is a member of the ARA Group of Companies and due to recent growth in our business, we are currently recruiting a Comms Technician to join our team who is wishing to expand their skills base. We offer the opportunity for the successful applicant to become a multi-disciplined tradesmen - becoming experienced in communications cabling, security and access control systems, CCTV systems, audio visual systems and PA systems. The Role Installing cutting edge technology with cloud based IOT systems Supporting critical and essential services across various sectors Providing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on UPS and control systems IT data and communications and security infrastructure projects National rollouts for new and retrofit program Skills and Experience A track record for great craftsmanship, with a strong sense of pride for works performed Ability to demonstrate strong focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge and experience with IT systems and computer skills would be an advantage Ready to learn new technologies and grow with new experiences Reliable with a proven ability to work well within a team and autonomously Audio Visual and Security experience would be an advantage. Working Hours This is a full-time position with hours ranging from standard trade hours to night works, which is project specific. A possibility for regional travel from time to time.
