reporting to the Senior Compliance Specialist, you will assist the team in ensuring regulatory compliance and partner with departments to address any issues.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the opportunity to develop your compliance skillset across multiple areas.A few of your responsibilities:Support the line manager in the implementation and maintenance of the compliance program and the achievement of corporate compliance strategies.Analyse compliance data to identify trends and determine appropriate action required to address areas of concern.Assist in the planning, development and delivery of training in relation to compliance and regulatory obligations.Ensure compliance with The Star Entertainment Group Code of Conduct, all internal policies and procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.What we are looking for:Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.Exposure to regulatory work environments.Working knowledge of corporate compliance governance requirements..Demonstrated ability in developing productive relationships and managing and driving change.About you:You are a qualified risk and compliance professional with a demonstrated history of delivering at pace. You are well versed in industry knowledge and can effectively prioritise competing deadlines.
