Associate, Divisional Account Manager, Pacific Sell‑Side S&P Global – Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia (Sydney) Posted On Job ID The Role Divisional Account Managers are uniquely positioned to drive revenue growth by delivering a broad range of solutions to support critical business functions and workflows in partnership with Sales Specialists, Customer Success, and Product Management. Essential Responsibilities Drive new revenue across new sales and price increases while maintaining stable renewals and building a robust sales pipeline. Partner with sales specialists and cross‑functional teams to identify, sell, and close opportunities for S&P Global Market Intelligence services, acting as the central point of contact. Be the “voice of the customer” internally, advocating for client needs and defining growth mindset and culture in collaboration with stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, becoming their trusted partner to promote existing and new offerings. Proactively assess and address user needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of sales and/or relationship management experience, preferably within financial services. Proven track record of closing deals and leading negotiations to drive revenue growth across client accounts. Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude toward managing risks and maximizing opportunity within a defined book of business. Solid understanding of commercial lending and the financial services industry. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Effective presentation and communication skills (face‑to‑face, virtual, or large group). Team player who collaborates with sales and global counterparts to develop account plans.
