Support worker role for complex male clients Looking for a career change? Enjoy enriching peoples lives? We are willing to train new staff looking for a career change What we are looking for is an outgoing personality and a willingness to learn. We are currently only hiring for a support worker role for male staff who are capable to support high/complex need young males. There is physical aggression involved with the younger male clients due to their diagnosis. There are two male clients currently, one with higher aggression than the other. Your days will look like: Fishing Paddle boarding/kayaking Mulching Pool activities Down time Fun activities like going out on the boat With a mix of farming and residential support locations across the Sunshine Coast, we are a disability organisation with a difference. We are looking for male staff who have an adaptive personality as well as empathy. Having a Certificate in individual support or disability, Trade background and a MAYBO physical intervention training will gain more attraction. If not we will pay for you to complete the MAYBO physical intervention course to gain a certificate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
