The Role As a State Sales Executive, you will maintain and grow an existing customer base, identify new business opportunities, and be instrumental in achieving ambitious revenue targets. Operating both autonomously and collaboratively, you will manage a portfolio of reseller accounts, execute territory call planning, and provide tailored solutions to fit diverse customer needs. Your proactive account management skills will ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide dedicated sales coverage for all assigned customers through effective territory management and account planning Service, maintain, and expand reseller relationships by identifying and actioning new opportunities Achieve annual sales targets within a competitive market environment Deliver exemplary customer service, respond to enquiries, and follow up on quotations to maximise conversions Analyse market and competitor trends, delivering regular reports to management Ensure business activities comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as high health, safety, and environmental benchmarks Collaborate closely with colleagues, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless service Participate in sales meetings, briefings, and company communication processes Skills & Experience Current experience in sales or account management, ideally within the construction or related industry Demonstrated commercial and business acumen Key account Management exposure Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Superior customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with enterprise resource planning systems advantageous Salary and Benefits Base salary: $80,000 to $95,000 Company Car Tools of the trade provided Application To apply, click the link below or email your resume in Word format to Danny Rumbleat*****@salexo.com.au.
