What You’ll Be Doing Action reactive maintenance requests promptly Inspect works for quality and value for money Develop and deliver minor works projects Provide cost estimates for future works Conduct site inspections and report conditions Supervise contractors and ensure compliance Respond to after‑hours call‑outs when required Act as Facility Maintenance Supervisor when needed Qualifications What You’ll Bring Relevant trade or Facility Management qualification Safety Awareness Training (White Card) Minimum 5 years’ experience in building/facility maintenance Ability to manage contractors and minor works projects Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and standards Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance systems Current Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance Why You’ll Love Working Here Work Your Way – Flexible hours and free parking Rewarding You – Boosted superannuation and extra leave options Feel Your Best – Free Gym discounts, wellness perks, Flare benefits Ready to Make a Real Impact?
