Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or B.Sc Building Surveyor (ideally UK educated). They provide Chartered Building Surveying services to property investors, owners, tenants, financiers and asset managers. Commercial Building Inspections & Reporting Good technical level of expertise required Technical Due Diligence experience an advantage ‘Blue chip’ client base A Chartered Building Surveyor is required to assist a team with professional reporting instructions. Requirements Relevant Degree / Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' experience MRICS qualification would set you apart. A demonstrated ability to assess large complex commercial, retail and industrial assets Remedial engineering experience would be advantageous. Ability to write and present a cohesive, coherent and technically sound report Communications skills required to work efficiently with fellow professional consultants. A professional demeanour that will allow client-facing interaction with high level property executives in formal and informal settings. Knowledge of RICS Guidance Notes is an advantage.
