As we scale our operations, we're building out our internal capabilities and are now looking to hire our first dedicated IT professional to support our technology infrastructure and team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to take ownership of their work and grow alongside a dynamic company. You'll be stepping into a newly created position where you'll have the autonomy to shape IT support processes and make a real impact on daily operations. Currently, IT matters are handled by company leadership, but as we continue to grow, we need someone dedicated to ensuring our technology runs smoothly so we can focus on what we do best—delivering exceptional logistics solutions. As we expand, there will also be opportunities to contribute to internal software development projects , making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys both infrastructure/support work and has an interest in building solutions. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage Microsoft EntraID (Azure AD) including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls Manage and maintain device fleet through Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM policies, application deployment, compliance monitoring) Provide day‑to‑day technical support to staff across the organization Manage and troubleshoot Windows devices and ensure they're properly configured and secured Administer Microsoft 365 services and other cloud‑based tools Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes from an IT perspective Assist with internal software development and automation projects as opportunities arise Required Qualifications Minimum 1‑2 years of experience with Microsoft EntraID (Azure AD) administration Minimum 1‑2 years of experience with Microsoft Intune for device management Proven experience managing Windows device fleets Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset Australian work rights required Desired Qualifications Programming or scripting experience (Python, Go, React or similar) Experience with automation tools and processes Familiarity with SQL databases or web development Understanding of software development life cycle concepts Interest in contributing to internal application development What We're Looking For Works independently – You'll be our first IT hire, so we need someone comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously Enjoys helping others – Our team members rely on technology to do their jobs effectively, and you'll be their go‑to person for support Wants to grow – This role will evolve as we expand, offering opportunities to take on new challenges, develop your career, and potentially contribute to software development initiatives What We Offer The opportunity to be the founding member of our IT team Autonomy to shape IT processes and procedures Exposure to both infrastructure support and software development A collaborative work environment where your contributions directly impact company success Room for professional growth as the company and IT function expand How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your experience with Microsoft EntraID, Intune, and device management.
