You’ll act as the guardian of “first impression” for our Corporate Head Office and administer and facilitate broad corporate service support across the business. Having worked in a people‑facing role where you’ve juggled multiple priorities, you’ll be looking for a role that offers flexibility and a broad remit, whilst still providing opportunities for development. What you’ll do : Book Travel & Accommodation; own the day‑to‑day relationship management of our Corporate Travel partner. Facilitate the Corporate team’s uniform distribution; coordinate the uniform ‘suite of offering’ collateral in conjunction with Procurement leads. Own our Corporate ‘front of office’ service & response (calls, walk‑ins, directing enquiries, mail & couriers, consumable supply purchases etc…the standard ‘reception’ incidentals) Support the coordination of events (catering etc.) and corporate or industry engagement activities / initiatives (sponsorships, industry event attendance registration etc.) Liaise daily with various corporate functional teams and our teams located in 40+ depots and branches across the country. Provide general administrative support to Corporate Services and members of the SLT / ELT (noting an Executive Assistant supports the office of the CEO and COO).
