About the Role The CMMS Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the organisation. This role ensures that the CMMS is used effectively to track maintenance activities, manage asset information, schedule preventive maintenance, and generate meaningful reports to support the maintenance operations. The CMMS Coordinator works closely with the maintenance team, operations team, and other stakeholders to optimise the use of the system and improve maintenance performance. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update CMMS software to ensure its proper functioning. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CMMS. Manage creation and access of user accounts. Provide technical support to CMMS users. Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses for existing users. Contribute to training materials and standard operating procedures related to the CMMS. Input and manage asset information, work orders, certifications and maintenance schedules. Work with IT and software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. About You Proficient in CMMS software (e.g., MEX, SAP PM, etc.). 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management or CMMS administration preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, facilities management, or related environment preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
