About the Role You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. This role involves scheduling, coordination, and strong communication to keep everything running on track. Your Responsibilities will include: Coordinating and scheduling final measures and installations Planning daily technician runs to minimize travel and maximize productivity Handling customer enquiries, follow‑ups, and service requests with professionalism About You You’re an efficient multitasker with a friendly, professional approach and a passion for great customer service. You’ll bring: Excellent phone manner and clear communication skills (written & verbal) Proficiency in Insyte , MYOB , or similar systems Strong organizational and time management skills Confidence coordinating technicians and giving clear instructions Teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive “can‑do” attitude Experience in a similar customer service or administration role within a fast‑paced or trade‑based business Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Security Plus , you’ll be part of a supportive and stable team where your contributions are valued.
