More information canbe found on the Uniting AgeWell website - About the role: The RAP Coordinator role directly supports Uniting AgeWell’s mission and values and the UCA/UAICC Covenant. The role will advance the organization’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, culturally safe and supportive environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through the following pillars: Procurement Practices – Embedding respectful reconciliation principles in supplier engagement and portfolio wide procurement Employment Representation – Increasing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation and opportunities within Uniting AgeWell’s workforce Knowledge Capability – Building cultural awareness and competency across all levels of the organization This is a fixed term, full time role working Monday to Friday for a period of 12 months reporting directly to the Director of Mission. The role will have a hybrid working model with your primary base being Wesley Place Corporate Head Office.
