Your Role As the Facilities Coordinator, you will manage all property maintenance and operational activities across a diverse portfolio. You'll develop and implement facilities management plans, oversee in-house and contractor service delivery, and ensure safe, compliant environments for staff, volunteers and members. This role plays an essential part in delivering our Strategic Plan and Property Strategy, working closely with leaders across the organisation to streamline operations and support high-quality services. Responsibilities Implement and manage an integrated Facilities Maintenance and Management Plan. Oversee property maintenance and operations, both in-house and via contractors. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to support effective facilities management. Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure local needs are reflected in state-wide property and asset management activities. Ensure compliance with WHS practices, risk management protocols and pre-engagement checks. Support a safe environment for all staff, members and volunteers. Contribute to cost effective preventative maintenance and improved operational efficiency. You Will Need Demonstrated experience in facilities coordination, property maintenance or related fields. Experience managing in-house and outsourced service delivery. Strong understanding of WHS standards and building codes. Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to implement initiatives effectively and work collaboratively across teams. Strong organisational, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
