Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll work together with both our Sales and Operations teams to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, positive experience with Midalia Steel . Responsibilities Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers Preparing reports & reviewing KPI’s Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers You’re a collaborative team player with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Energetic and driven, you excel in fast-paced environments and take pride in finding effective solutions to meet customer needs. Qualifications Experience in customer service and or sales administration Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
