About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver Tier 2 commercial construction projects across the Brisbane metro area. Reporting to the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. Projects typically range from mid-sized to large commercial builds, requiring strong coordination of subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery Build and maintain a strong site culture focused on safety, quality, and accountability Interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics Manage and track program milestones, daily activities, and short-term planning Monitor subcontractor performance against program, quality, and contractual obligations Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, variations, delays, and incidents Ensure WHS compliance including SWMS, site inductions, toolbox talks, and audits Identify, manage, and escalation site risks or issues to minimise disruption Oversee quality assurance processes and manage defect identification and rectification Liaise closely with the project team, consultants, clients / stake holders, and relevant authorities Contribute to continuous improvement through buildability input and post-project feedback About You You are a confident and hands-on Site Manager with proven experience delivering Tier 2 commercial projects. You are organised, decisive, and capable of managing multiple work fronts while maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and program. Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Manager within Tier 2 commercial construction Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent understanding of commercial construction methods, WHS requirements, and QA system Ability to manage subcontractors, site programs, and resources effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or equivalent experience Experience with construction management systems such as Procore, Aconex or similar What We Offer Competitive salary, reflecting industry standard and your ability Brisbane-based commercial projects with minimal regional travel A strong and consistent pipeline of Tier 2 commercial work?
