As an Accounts Administrator, you become the backbone of the financial operations within our organisation, playing a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You will be entrusted with managing essential processes, such as accounts payable and receivable, that directly impact our bottom line. Join us in shaping our financial future and making a tangible impact on our growth journey Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Ensure all transactions are recorded in the accounting system in a timely manner. Manage the end‑to‑end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and processing payments. Prepare and send out invoices to clients/customers. Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist in the reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Reporting Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and assist with budget forecasts. Generate financial statements and reports as required by management. Audit Support Prepare necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Liaison Liaise with internal departments to gather financial data and clarify transactions. Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff related to accounts and transactions. Data Management Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular checks and updates. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting notes, and other related tasks. Assist in other finance‑related projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in an accounts administrative role or similar position. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software Xero is a must, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Working Conditions Office environment with standard working hours.
