About the Role Join our Enterprise Direct Sales team and help existing MYOB customers migrate to our MYOB Acumatica platform. In this role, you’ll manage your own territory of existing customers, working with the Sales Manager and our Solution Consulting team to build relationships with customers and drive cloud adoption. Using a consultative approach, you’ll identify MYOB customers on our on‑premise systems and guide them to our Acumatica ERP, and Payroll solutions. With tailored training and support, you’ll thrive as you grow your career in SaaS/ERP sales. Responsibilities Meet ERP migration sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis through the creation of customer‑centric solutions Manage your territory with a clear plan for migration that prioritises time and effort for maximum impact Build and nurture a pipeline of customers, managing a full sales cycle from qualification to close Collaborate with marketing to carry out campaigns that drive sales and customer outcomes Stay on top of product knowledge, competitor insights, and industry trends to offer expert advice and solutions Use sales tools to deliver professional presentations, proposals, and value insights to clients Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and ensure strong post‑sale follow‑ups for referrals and ongoing success Qualifications A proven sales track record, including exceeding quotas and winning new customers in SaaS or technology solution sales Proven enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on delivering complex solutions to medium‑to‑large organisations and hands‑on experience selling ERP products A deep understanding of ERP systems and their business applications, enabling you to connect product capabilities with customer needs Experience managing sophisticated sales cycles with multiple customers in industries such as manufacturing, wholesale, retail or construction (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with an ability to influence those around you Customer‑focused approach, with resilience and a commitment to achieving results Outstanding planning, organising and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently Knowledge of MYOB Acumatica ERP or similar products (highly desirable) and a curiosity about innovative thinking Benefits & Culture Flexible, hybrid workplace that brings balance to how you work Home office set‑up support and great corporate discounts and vouchers Partnered wellbeing program, including Sonder support for team members In‑house training and programs, LinkedIn Learning, conferences and study assistance Variety of leave options including up to an additional four weeks of purchased leave, generous parental leave, domestic violence leave, transgender leave, community leave, study leave and more Communities built around Wellness, Belonging and the Planet where you can make a meaningful contribution Our Company We’re a leading business management solution with a core purpose helping more businesses in Australia and New Zealand start, survive and succeed.
