Lead the Change: National Reconciliation Week (NRW) Lead Employment Type: Part-time 0.5 FTE Are you passionate about shaping a more culturally informed and reconciled future? What You’ll Do Lead with Vision: Curate and deliver Reconciliation WA’s annual NRW program, creating engaging statewide experiences that reflect cultural authority and community priorities. Drive Sustainability: Develop a financially sound model for NRW programming, ensuring relevance and impact through continuous evaluation and adaptation. Champion Social Impact: Align initiatives with Reconciliation WA’s Social Impact Framework to deliver measurable outcomes and values-led implementation. Engage Communities: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, amplifying voices—especially those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples—to shape inclusive initiatives. Lead People & Resources: Oversee planning, budgeting, and team resourcing, providing leadership and coaching to ensure success. What We’re Looking For Strategic thinker with experience in program design and delivery. Strong understanding of cultural engagement and reconciliation principles. Skilled in stakeholder management and community collaboration. Financial acumen to build sustainable program models. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Why Join Us?
