Job Summary Front of House Team Member – Meister Espresso Bar (Casual/Temporary) – Docklands, VIC. Apply now to join our lively espresso bar located in the bustling Collins Square. This role offers consistent Monday to Friday hours, giving hospitality professionals a normal weekend. Responsibilities Warmly greeting and engaging with our amazing regulars and new customers, building rapport and remembering their usual orders. Operating the till and handling transactions efficiently and accurately – cash, card, and mobile payments. Taking orders with a smile, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with our baristas. Assisting with general front‑of‑house duties such as stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring displays look inviting. Supporting team members wherever needed to ensure smooth service during peak times. Handling customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude. For those keen to learn, opportunities to gain hands‑on experience and learn the coffee machine. Qualifications Flexible hours available. 2–3 years of relevant work experience required. Expected salary: $26 – $33 per hour. Strong people skills, friendly and outgoing personality. Exceptional communication, capable with diverse clientele. Reliable, supportive team player, thrives in collaborative environment. Highly efficient, calm under pressure; maintain composure and accuracy during busy periods. Proactive and attentive, always looking for ways to improve customer experience and support the team. Ideally experienced in high‑volume café or hospitality venues.
