We also operate a degustation dining room, open to the public throughout the week. Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests. About You Our Waiters are responsible for the general presentation of the restaurant / events space, as well as welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen, memorising the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, and / or drinks. In this role, not only will you service guests for our 6 and 8-course chef's tasting menu, but also work event bookings, from weddings to corporate lunches. You need to hold a valid RSA, Food Safe Handling certificate, and be eligible to work within Australia and have the flexibility and reliability to work casually across, and up to, seven days a week. Ideally, you'll have experience in a fine dining or restaurant environment, however what really matters is your ability to present in a polished manner, communicate professionally and know how to deliver personal and memorable experiences to guests.
