We’re looking for a Paid Social Content Producer who’s equal parts creator and strategist. Someone who can bring fresh, bold ideas to life across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll be storyboarding, behind the camera, in the edit and in the data, turning ideas into content people actually want to watch and helping more pet parents discover better food for their dogs. We’ve onboarded 15,000+ dogs, scored thousands of 5‑star reviews, and now serve over 3 million doggie dinners each year. All built on Australia’s only wild‑protein, natural dog food – subscription‑first and designed for dogs to actually thrive. The Role You’ll be the brain and hands behind Eureka’s paid content. You’ll turn big ideas into ads that make pet parents smile, laugh, cry… feel something – and discover better food at the same time. From the first spark of an idea to the final edit, you’ll own it – planning, shooting and editing paid content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll have the budget to brief and work with UGC creators and influencers, finding the right faces, voices (and barks) to bring your ideas to life. This role’s for someone who can’t help but think about the next idea… what to try, what to test, what to make better. We want ideas that cut through the noise. What You’ll Do Own ideas from concept to launch and see the results they drive. Shoot, edit, and optimise content built for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and whatever’s next. Build a testing rhythm: new angles, new formats, new hooks. Always chasing what works (and dropping what doesn’t). Jump into results with the performance team. What’s winning? What flopped? What are we doubling down on next? Pitch bold ideas that make pet parents stop, smile and think. Brief and direct UGC creators and designers to bring your concepts to life the Eureka way. Stay on top of what’s trending – audio, edits, memes, culture – and spot opportunities before anyone else. About You You’re a creative weapon who lives and breathes short‑form content. You’ve grown a brand (maybe your own), you can shoot and edit in your sleep, and you know if a video’s going to hit before it’s even cut. You sweat the details — the lighting, the hook, the copy on screen — but you care just as much about what happens after the view. You want to make content people actually watch. You love the balance of art and data and you’re obsessed with the test, learn, create cycle. And at the end of the day, you want your work to do some good — helping more dogs eat better, live better and thrive. You’ll bring: 3+ years in paid social or content production (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). A track record of driving creative performance or growing a brand through content. Strong filming and editing skills – CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut… whatever helps you move fast. A sharp understanding of hooks, pacing and what makes content actually thumb‑stopping. Working knowledge of the metrics that matter – CTR, hold rate, thumbstop and beyond. The ability to lead creative strategy while staying hands‑on in production. An obsession with testing, learning and levelling up every campaign. What You’ll Get $85–120k base (depending on experience) + performance bonus. Free dog food (obviously ).
