Foster business development by building strong client partnerships and expanding AECOM’s market presence. Cultivate a collaborative, safe, and high-performing team culture while mentoring engineers and designers, providing technical direction, and contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline. Guide financial and operational success through thoughtful planning, team alignment, and resource management.
