Centastaff Workforce Solutions is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition/HR Administration professional to assist our client with a large recruitment project. This is a casual position with an immediate start for 4 to 5 days, however may extend into the New Year. What you'll be doing Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system Providing administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, data entry, and filin Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Must be available on a flexible basis as needed to support project requirements What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition or HR administration role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment Minimum of 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition or HR administration Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders Proficient in the use of HR/recruitment software and Microsoft Office applications A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Must hold valid Australian work rights or visa authorisation What we offer At Centastaff Workforce Solutions, we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
